FAQ
How does payment work?
Reserve with a 20–30% deposit via Kaspi (QR/Pay or instalments); the balance is paid on the tour day. Cards accepted too.
Which languages are tours in?
Russian, Kazakh and English. Other languages on request in advance.
Where is the pickup?
From your hotel or address in Almaty. Departure time depends on the route.
Do I need a passport?
Kolsai and Kaindy require your ORIGINAL passport — it’s a border zone and copies are not accepted.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours. On bad weather we reschedule with no loss of payment.
